CEC SERVICES UPDATE – March 2022

Effective Monday, March 28, 2022, Community Employment Choices will be open to in person services.  Following all Provincial Government and local Health Unit recommendations, for the safety of staff and others visiting the centre, all clients and visitors are asked to wear a mask when visiting, if able to do so.  In addition, all visitors are asked to postpone their visit if they are ill or believe they have Covid19.   

Resource and Information computers, printer and fax will be available for use on a drop in basis – please, no food or drink are permitted.  As per usual policies, all appointments with Employment Advisors are to be scheduled in advance, whether in-person or by phone.  Virtual services will remain in place to accommodate those uncomfortable or unable to join us in person.

Thursday October 24, 2019 – Strathroy’s Portuguese Canadian Club was the place to be Thursday October 24th for the Strathroy & District Chamber of Commerce “21st Annual Business Excellence Awards”. The annual evening of dinner and awards is a chance to recognize Chamber members who have made a difference in their community through their leadership and advocacy. Michele Sands, Business Advisor/Job Developer at Community Employment Choices was pleased to attend this evening on behalf of CEC and participate in honouring all of the business and organizations who have made contributions to our community.
