Since 1999, Bill Pigram has travelled to Glencoe, Parkhill, Lucan and Dorchester, while maintaining a base in Strathroy, to meet with individuals who were facing some kind of transition in their employment. Over time, the demand for services grew, particularly through the recent recession resulting in increased staffing to meet this demand. Bill and the CEC team continue to provide employment services to the communities listed above, supporting individuals in their working life.
