  • Contribute to a positive team environment

  • Prepare all food items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
  • Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests, as well as ability to listen to and accommodate guest requests
  • Accurately complete all prep/set up and closing procedures

  • Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
  • Maintain cleanliness and understand health & safety standards
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures with integrity
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality


  • Food Safety Certification or willing to obtain
  • Previous experience and confident in Exceptional customer service preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially with patience, an ability to be empathetic and effectively communicate in a positive manner with customers, teammates and managers.
  • Confidence to take steps to solve food or customer issues
  • Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
  • Comfortable with handling payment/ cash
  • Ability to stand/ walk for extended periods of time, light to medium weight lifting may be required
