LIVE-IN NANNY

2 Medical Professionals in Stratford, ON are looking to hire a Live-In Nanny for their 2 children. This is a long-term position and candidates must have prior experience, references, a vaid CPR/First Aid certification and pass a criminal background check. This position will start in January 2024.

Duties

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a safe and loving environment
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development
  • Create a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and naptime
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime
  • Assist with homework or educational activities as needed
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience working with children of various ages
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents
  • Knowledge of age-appropriate developmental milestones and activities
  • Ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children

Skills:

  • Experience caring for children, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Meal preparation and cooking skills to provide nutritious meals for the children
  • Caregiving skills to attend to the needs of the children, including bathing, dressing, and diaper changing if necessary
  • Ability to educate and engage children in learning activities that promote their development

Salary: $20.00 per hour
