Great Floors in Strathroy is looking for a Flooring Installer to join their team. Immediate opening!

We are a fast-paced company, looking for a competent flooring installer. We specialize in Engineered Hardwood, Laminate, Vinyl Plank, and Vinyl Tile.

Duties 

• Must be able to work alone or with a helper                 
• Takes pride in a clean and organized work site
• Embraces current and new health and safety environment acts in accordance with internal and external health and safety practices
• Basic math skills to measure and cut materials accurately
• Hand-eye co-ordination
• Physically demanding (must be able to regularly lift 50-75lbs)
• Bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching
• Working at various locations
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

• Installation experience preferred and an asset, however, willing to train the right candidate
• A self starter with the ability to think outside the box to problem solve
• Vehicle supplied by Employer to get to jobsites
• Must have a valid G Class Drivers License with a clean driving record for insurance purposes
