Kustermans Berry Farms in Mount Brydges is looking for a Fields – Customer Service member to join their team!

Field staff are responsible for helping all customers in the fields. They will show the guests where to pick and assist them with their berries and flowers.

Duties

• Ensure all guests are assisted with a friendly smile
• Have an understanding of the farm and our produce to answer the guests questions
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Age 15+
• Trustworthy, reliable, responsible, confident,
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well as part of a team and independently
• Can problem solve and take initiative
