Devolder Farms in Dover Center, ON is looking for a Production Technician to join their team

Duties

• Operate conditioning equipment to sample, grade, clean, treat and package seed (soybeans and wheat) that meets ISO 9001 standards and other quality requirements
• Monitor and perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure that a consistent and quality product is produced.
• Perform general equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure consistent output of product
• Assist the production/packaging line in a variety of positions including bagging and palletizing
• Safely and efficiently move bulk seed by operating augers, conveyors, pneumatic grain vacs and other material handling equipment
• Participate in daily housekeeping and clean down tasks (machinery, facility and yard clean up)
• Complete and maintain appropriate records (production output, quality, safety)
• Perform other duties as assigned
