Kustermans Berry Farms in Mount Brydges is looking for a Baker to join their team!

Bakers are responsible for preparing all food and beverages for the day. They will make an accurate amount of food for the day with minimal waste. They will work the POS system as well as handle cash in busy situations when the market staff needs assistance. They will lead the market team in tasks for the day and preparing all food and drinks.

Duties 

• Ensure all food and beverage is prepared on time and up to quality standards
• Lead the market team in completing tasks in an efficient manner
• Assist the market team in busy situations if necessary
• Keeping the workspaces and market clean and tidy
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Age 16+
• Trustworthy, reliable, responsible, confident
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills with team members
• Works well as part of a team
