Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd. in Strathroy is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their team!

Department Relations: Reports directly to the Parts Manager and Fixed Operations Manager

Duties

• Wait on Technicians at the counter in a very prompt and courteous manner
• Answer the telephone in a polite and enthusiastic voice
• Process all packing slips and invoices promptly (Assist Parts Manager)
• Attach purchase orders to work orders promptly
• Keep Parts Department neat and tidy
• Complete all customer orders in full (spo cards)
• Unpack and shelve daily orders
• Input Wholesale Compensation parts/Vehicle Option Updates on Dealer Connect
• Stock shelves daily
• Take Warranty returns to warranty storage area
• Keep shipping area clean
• Act as a backup delivery person
• Prepare and process daily orders
• Take out cardboard and garbage daily
• Assist at Parts counter when busy
• Monitor bins and determine which parts need reordering

Qualifications

• Attitude: It is yours, say Hi and smile. Exchange it with both customers and fellow employees.
• Functions: Primary goal is to supply parts to technicians in a timely fashion. To answer phones and assist with retail counter sales.

Hours: 7:30am–5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and Friday’s 7:30am-4:00pm with a one hour lunch break.
