Kustermans Berry Farms in Mount Brydges is looking for a Market and BBQ cashier to join their team!

Market and BBQ cashiers are responsible for helping customers in the market and bbq area. They will need to make transactions using the POS system as well as handle cash in busy situations. They will assist the baker in food prep and serve the guests’ meals, drinks  and treats as they order them.

Duties

• Ensure all guests are served with kindness in a time efficient manner
• Assist guests with their questions regarding food, gift items etc.
• Have an understanding of the farm to answer the guests questions
• Assist the Baker with preparing food and completing daily tasks
• Keeping the workspaces and market clean and tidy
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Age 15+
• Trustworthy, reliable, responsible, confident, outgoing
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well as part of a team
• Can problem solve and take initiative
