MJR Farms is a cash crop, pullet family run farm looking for an Egg Gatherer/Barn Manager.

If you are someone who is eager to work flexible hours, like working with your hands, enjoy working on a farm then this is a great position for you.  Perhaps you are a stay at home mom that would like to work the hours your kids are in school.

Duties

• Perform daily chores including egg gathering, checking birds, cleaning barns and maintaining records
• Must have valid G drivers license
• May be asked to work the occasionally weekend
• Flexible time off
• Between 4 – 5 hours a day Monday to Friday

As the Egg Gatherer/Barn Manager you are:

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Willing to work hard to get the job done with quality and consideration
• Organized an efficient with an emphasis on cleanliness
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Considerate and take pride in your work
• Understands the hard work and dedication running a family farm requires and you value and appreciate that

Wage: Starting rate of pay $18 – $20/hour depending upon experience – to be reviewed after 3 months
