Winter Equipment Operator Job Opportunity

Company: All Seasons Maintenance & Landscaping

Positions Available in Parkhill & Strathroy Locations

Tractor Operators
Loader Operators
Skid Steer Operators
Job Responsibilities

Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
Be available on-call 24/7 from November 1st to April 15th
Demonstrate equipment competency during the interview process
report any maintenance issues
Communicate effectively with supervisors, and crew members during snow events
Record hours worked and details of property maintenance accurately on timesheets or logs
Transportation to and from the shop is preferred, though arrangements can be made for the right candidate
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of snow removal or heavy equipment operating experience (required)
Ability to work long or irregular hours in winter conditions
Reliability, attention to safety, and a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean abstract preferred
Potential opportunity to join our Spring/Summer Crew and work year-round (varies by position and availability)
Job Details

Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (wage based on experience)
Schedule: On-call, nights, weekends, holidays as required
