Thursday, October 10, 2019 – Community Employment Choices was pleased to host, in partnership with Invest in Middlesex and the Middlesex Workforce Development Partnership , an Employer Roundtable Forum 2nd edition. Under the excellent guidance of facilitator Eric Sloat, President of Knowledgeshare, the dynamic group of Middlesex County employers participated in effective group sharing and roundtable conversation with a goal of further identifying current issues related to worker recruitment and retention in Middlesex County. A variety of issues and challenges were addressed followed with recommendations and discussion around how to implement change. It was a morning of good food, good conversation and notes in preparation for future dialogue.
