The The Sarnia ON Reservation Office  located at 1337 London Road, Sarnia, ON N7S 1A1 is currently hiring a Call Centre Agent (Work-from-Home).

Responsibilities include: We are recruiting for Full-time Call Centre Agent for this excellent work-from-home opportunity.  Our 5-week training program is conducted onsite at our Sarnia facility between 8am and 4pm.  Upon completion of training, associates will work from home on an 8.5 hour/day schedule.

Core Responsibilities include:

Processing reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail
Identifying guest reservation needs and verifying availability of room type and rate
Answering questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
Applying sales techniques to drive revenue goals
Required Skills and Experience:

Experience and passion for delivering customer service excellence
Excellent verbal and written English skills (Bilingual French candidates are highly desirable)
High School diploma (or equivalent credentials)

NOTE: Associates are responsible for the set up and monthly costs of the landline phone and internet services required to perform the job
