OFFICE ASSISTANT

Parkhill Meats

Parkhill Meats, located between Ailsa Craig and Parkhill, are hiring a full time Office Assistant with some responsibilities in bookkeeping.  Please see below for details.

Job Description:

  • Answer phones and receive customer orders over the phone
  • Maintain accurate customer order records and process orders efficiently
  • Maintain customer information filing system and ensure database is updated
  • Assist with bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Process time sheets bi-weekly
  • Starts immediately
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wage based on experience

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to use the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, excel and Outlook
  • Must be highly organized and able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Certificate in Administration is an asset
  • Previous experience is required.
