Parkhill Meats, located between Ailsa Craig and Parkhill, are hiring a full time Office Assistant with some responsibilities in bookkeeping. Please see below for details.
- Answer phones and receive customer orders over the phone
- Maintain accurate customer order records and process orders efficiently
- Maintain customer information filing system and ensure database is updated
- Assist with bookkeeping responsibilities
- Process time sheets bi-weekly
- Starts immediately
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Wage based on experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to use the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, excel and Outlook
- Must be highly organized and able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Certificate in Administration is an asset
- Previous experience is required.
