Job Description:

  • Fielding all of incoming inquiries, received via telephone, internet and in-person
  • Dispatching of service calls and deliveries
  • Coordination and preparation for delivery of monthly standing orders
  • Preparation and processing of documentation for various funding sources
  • Preparation and organization of purchase orders
  • Processing of all drop ship orders
  • Document preparation as required by various staff members
  • Maintaining filing system
  • Preparation of daily service and dispatch log
  • Processing of Credit Card payments

Job Requirements:

  • High commitment to customer service, and must demonstrate compassion and patience to deal with clients that may have physical limitations, speech and/or cognitive difficulties
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to perform multi-tasking and to work under limited supervision
  • Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. ¬†Ability to maintain our Facebook page and minor website alterations an asset.
  • Must be able to follow strict privacy guidelines, as they pertain to the healthcare industry
  • This position requires a team player that is flexible to the daily needs of the day-to-day operation
  • Clear current Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC)
  • Hours of work are generally Monday to Friday with the possibility of weekend hours on occasion.
