Client Grievance Policy

Quad County Support Services believes that a transparent grievance process for clients is required to respond to any issues or disagreements concerning services provided by Quad County Support Services – Employment Counselling Services.

If a client has any concern about their experience with Community Employment Choices, they are encouraged to discuss this with the Manager who can provide information on further procedures if required.
